1) Mud pool - Temporarily raises Hunter +8
2) Thermal pool - Temporarily raises HP well above base, cures disease and poison
3) Salt-water pool - Unlimited run energy for 25 minutes
4) Sulphur pool - Raises Prayer +8 (depletes when used)
5) Bandos pool - marks you as a Bandos follower for 1 hour
